Cotton USA Terms & Conditions

  1. This prize draw is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  2. Only entries completed on the kalimocho.co.uk website entry form will be valid to enter the competition. Any application containing incorrect, misleading or illegible information will be invalid.
  3. The competition is not open to employees of iVillage Limited and COTTON USA and any other relevant company or its associated companies.
  4. The prize draw will take place on 25th July 2010.
  5. The winners will be informed by email within 15 days of the draw. The decision of the judges will be final.
  6. The one (1) name that is drawn will win the following: a spa day experience and a plush bundle of M&S towels for two. The prize is not transferable. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered, provided however that Sponsor shall have the right to provide a cash alternative to the prize, in its sole discretion.
  7. The winner’s contract for the prizes is with the Sponsor and not the Promoter and by entering the competition each competitor acknowledges that the Sponsor (and not the Promoter) is solely responsible and liable for the prize and that iVillage Limited, together with its officers, directors, employees and all affiliated entities of iVillage Limited (collectively the “Promoter”), is held harmless from any claims, losses, damages resulting indirectly or directly from the competition, the activities or the Sponsor or any prize awarded.
  8. Upon request, the winner's name and county shall be made available. Requests should be sent peggynuttall@nbcuni.com titled "Request for winner's details" within 6 weeks of the close of the prize draw.
  9. The Promoter will pass details of all the winners (including name and email address) to the Sponsor for the purposes of arranging delivery of the prizes. By entering this competition you hereby agree, should you win, to this information being released by the Promoter.
  10. Your entry will be the property of iVillage and will not be returnable. By entering the competition, you agree that iVillage may print, publish, distribute, edit or otherwise use the contents of your entry and your name and county of residence in publicity in relation to the competition and/or iVillage.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to publicise the winner of the prize including the winner’s name and county.
